By car: From Sansepolcro take the SP25 north towards Caprese Michelangelo. After approximately 18km, follow signs for Loc. Il Vigno. The farm is on the left, marked with a wooden sign. Do not rely entirely on GPS — it can route you along an incorrect mountain track.

By train: The nearest station is Arezzo (Frecciarossa connections to Florence and Rome). From Arezzo, take a taxi or arrange a transfer — there is no direct bus service to Caprese Michelangelo.
Parking: Free, on-site. Space for up to 12 vehicles within the farm gates.

Check-out time: By 11:00. Late check-out until 14:00 subject to availability — please ask us the evening before.
On arrival: Come straight to the main farmhouse — someone will be there to welcome you between 15:00 and 19:00. Outside these hours, please see Self Check-in instructions.
Self check-in: If you arrive outside reception hours, please use the door code we will send to you via WhatsApp on the morning of your arrival to open the door to your room. Please kindly be as quiet as possible as your neighbours may already be asleep.
Luggage: If you arrive early, leave your bags at the farmhouse and use the pool, terrace or common areas until your room is ready.

Password: You will receive the current Wi-Fi password on your arrival card and via WhatsApp. The password changes seasonally for security.
Coverage: Starlink high-speed broadband throughout the property — indoors and outdoors, including the terrace, pool area and garden workspaces.
Speed: Typically 100–200 Mbps download. Suitable for video calls, remote work and streaming.
If you have connection issues: Restart your device first. If the problem continues, contact us at the farmhouse or via WhatsApp.
Adults only: Il Vigno is exclusively for guests aged 16 and over. No exceptions — this applies to all guests and visitors throughout your stay.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets of any kind. Certified assistance animals are welcome — please inform us before arrival.
Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00 in and around the accommodation. The terrace and common areas close at 23:00.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside any building. Designated outdoor smoking areas are marked — please use the ashtrays provided.
Pool & sauna: The pool is open May to October, 06:00–18:00. The sauna is open May to October, 16:00–18:00.
Damage: Please treat the property with care. Any accidental damage should be reported to us promptly.
