- Translation cookies — set by Google Translate if you use the language selector.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Sirvoy (our booking system) — to process reservations. See Sirvoy's privacy policy.
- FormSubmit — to receive form submissions by email. Data is transmitted securely and not stored.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage data, if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Italian authorities — guest registration data as required by law (Alloggiati Web).
Data Retention
We retain booking data for 7 years as required by Italian tax law. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data, where legally permitted
- Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
