To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, we no longer accept children under 16 or pets at IL VIGNO. While we appreciate the joy they bring, our establishment aims to provide a serene and tranquil environment for all patrons to unwind and relax. By adhering to this policy, we aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere conducive to the enjoyment of all guests, without any disruptions or disturbances. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us create an environment where everyone can fully appreciate their time with us.

Cancellation and payment policies:

1. Guests will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations are free of charge until 7 days before arrival, and the full amount will be refunded.

3. If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, guests will be refunded 50% of the total price.

4. In case of a no-show, guests will be charged the total price of the reservation.
