Your room will be “refreshed” every 3rd day of your stay, or upon request.
Pool Hours & Towels
The pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, between May 15 and October 15.
Each room is provided with two pool towels. These quick-drying towels are designed for reuse – simply hang them to dry after use. Please return the towels to your room at the end of your stay. A replacement fee of €30.00 per towel will be charged for any towels that are lost or not returned.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We cannot accommodate later check-ins as they may disturb other guests who are resting and or asleep.
CHECK-OUT
You can check out anytime before 11:00 AM, which helps us get the space ready for our next guests. Late check-outs are subject to availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need a little extra time!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
– Guests will be charged the full amount at the time of booking.-
– Cancellations are free of charge until 7 days before arrival, and the full amount will be refunded.
– If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, guests will be refunded 50% of the total price.
– In case of a no-show, guests will be charged the total price of the reservation.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR AN EXTRA BED?
Yes, there is a small extra charge, which can vary depending on the option you choose. Just be sure to select 3 people when booking to see the correct price!
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD + DRINKS?
Our spaces are equipped with a kitchenette, including a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee & tea-making facilities. The three apartments and studio also have a sink. Feel free to bring along some snacks or light meals, but keep in mind the kitchenette is best for reheating food or storing goodies. If you’re craving a full meal, no worries—we’ve got you covered! Just let us know if you’d like to join us for lunch or dinner!

At IL VIGNO, we believe in doing things DIFFERENTLY. UNEXPECTEDLY. but always HONESTLY and FROM THE HEART.
With over 40 years of combined experience in conceptualizing, designing, opening, branding and managing world-class hotels and resorts in over 30 different countries, Marc & I wanted to create a place that defines luxury, comfort, and authenticity in ways that are much more personal, intimate, and meaningful.
Here, “Luxury” is a great night sleep, clean crisp mountain air, good honest food, plenty of room to breathe and just be.
“Comfort” is bright, spacious, well-appointed rooms with beds that you can sink into, pure cotton sheets and towels, and large windows that let the sunshine and fresh air in, but wooden shutters that keep the light out when you want to sleep in.
“Experiences” are not things to do, but time to slow down, savor, and share.
“Hospitality” means making new friends, and “service” is what we do for each other with care and kindness.
Here, “stars and ratings” are not as important as making you smile, hearing you laugh, and seeing you again.
“sustainability” is not a creed or dogma, but just plain common sense.
